As a Mortgage Brokerage, we assure to maintain privacy of our clients and are committed to keeping your personal information confidential, secure and private. 

Our mortgage brokers are licenced individually in Alberta, in compliance with provincial laws.  Our brokerage provide a variety of mortgage products and services to the public. To perform our duties, we may collect certain personal information about our clients with their consent.

Mortgage Broker licensees share this information with our lending partners such as credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, and mortgage application system and CRM systems. 

Our privacy policy includes the following:

1. Collecting personal details to verify ID including name, address history, SIN, date of birth, etc.

2. Collecting financial information such as employment/income source, credit report, bank statements and property details for the purpose of our mortgage broker services.

3. Consent to use or disclose your personal information throughout the mortgage process. for the purpose of securing a mortgage. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. In certain exceptional circumstances, we may have a legal duty or right to disclose Personal Information without your knowledge or consent with respect to matters that concern the company's or the public's interest: When Authorized by You, When Required by Law or When Permitted by Law.

5.  Keeping your personal information accurate, securely maintained and strictly confidential.

6. We may transfer your personally identifiable information to a third party in connection with a sale, merger or other disposition (whether of assets, stock or otherwise) of our business.

We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA")
